A brother and sister in Georgia have been arrested on charges they arranged for the murder and decapitation of the woman's boyfriend in Wyoming in 2014 according to an Associated Press report of a story from the Powell Tribune in Wyoming.

Sandra Garcia, 27, and her brother Pedro Garcia Jr., 28, were arrested Thursday in Effingham County, near Savannah. They are accused of hiring John Louis Marquez, 51, to kill Juan Antonio Guerra-Torres, who was found dead on Jan. 9, 2014, along a remote dirt road in Park County in northern Wyoming.

Marquez was arrested in Bonham, Texas.

Marquez is charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree and murder in the first degree. The Garcias are each charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree and aiding and abetting murder in the first degree, Park County Sheriff Scott Steward said.

Investigators said that Guerra-Torres, 30, was shot several times, decapitated and was missing his left arm.
