Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines has canceled 10 flights into and out of San Francisco as a result of the Saturday afternoon crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214.

More cancellations may be announced later in the day, said Delta spokesman Morgan Durrant.

“Our operations in San Francisco are going to be affected,” he said. “We’re waiting for the latest guidance from the FAA as to whether or not we’ll be able to resume flying today out there. This is obviously a tragedy.”

Durrant said it was “far too early” to decide on grounding any Boeing 777 jets like the one that crashed at San Francisco International Airport. Delta awaits guidance from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Other airlines, including Southwest and AirTran, which fly direct from Atlanta to San Francisco, have also canceled flights. Here's the flight board for Atlanta flights bound for San Francisco.
