The London-based group, The Swingles, won't be coming to Atlanta this year.

The seven singers were scheduled to perform in Atlanta on Tuesday during a benefit concert in observance of The Salvation Army’s 125th anniversary. Atlanta was to be the first stop on the a Capella group’s U.S. tour.

According to Christopher W. Priest, a spokesman for the Salvation Army, the popular group is awaiting immigration papers.

” They have promised to return in the spring of 2016 and make it up to us,” he said.

The event was to be held at the Salvation Army, 2090 North Druid Hills Road.

The Grammy-winning group just released its new Christmas album and its second this year, ” Yule Songs vol. II.”

He also said anyone who purchased tickets from The Salvation Army directly will also receive a full refund or are keep their payment as a donation to the Red Kettle appeal.
