When arriving to a false alarm, firefighters in West Pierce County in Washington didn't just turn around but rolled up their sleeves.
The firefighters were dispatched to a medical alarm on Monday, and they found an older woman in her yard working. She did not need any help.
Instead of leaving, the firefighters grabbed tools and helped her finish the work.
The small act of kindness is getting shared with smiles on social media, with some saying this is "public service with heart."
