Nestled into the idyllic countryside retreat community that is Serenbe is a Monte Hewett Homes house that from the exterior looks modest and unassuming. Once you step inside the Serenbe Designer Showhouse, however, you'll see an interior and backyard as luxurious as it is comfortable, filled with spaces decorated by some of Atlanta's top designers.

Open each Thursday through Sunday through Oct. 4, guests are invited to take in the space, visit Serenbe's shops, stay at the inn and dine at some of Georgia's most lauded on-site restaurants. Festivals, parties and other special events will also be held during the showhouse's open dates.

To get your tickets to the 2015 Serenbe Designer Showhouse, visit serenbe.com or purchase them in person at the Bosch Experience Center located at 10640 Serenbe Lane in Serenbe.

Parking:

Parking at the Showhouse is available but be prepared to walk a short distance to get to the home. Parking along the street between the home and the Bosch Experience Center provides visitors the opportunity to see homes in the Grange neighborhood before they arrive at the house.

Other Experiences to Have While You're There:

Sernebe is a community filled with things to occupy your family during your visit. In addition to visiting the Showhouse, guests have the opportunity to tour the under-construction Mado community, go for a horseback ride, take a farm tour, shop, visit the spa, and dine at The Hil, The Farmhouse at Serenbe and The Blue Eyed Daisy. There is also a weekly farmers market and plenty of space on-site for children to run around and get some energy out.

Proceeds from the experience benefit The Art Farm, a residency complex at Serenbe that welcomes artists for temporary and permanent creative space, that is a collaboration with Rural Studio, the design-build program of Auburn University.
