Senators refuse to allow committee meetings to be streamed on the internet, resulting in efforts by citizens (and at least one senator) to flout the rules with the help of Periscope and Facetime.

Look for it to become an issue in the 2018 race for lieutenant governor.

We closed with a reflection on Presidents Day, which this is. Brandon Rottinghaus, professor of political science at the University of Houston, speaks with us about how scholars now rank them all. Personally, Rottinghaus has a thing for Richard Nixon.
