MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A student was issued a juvenile summons after he was reportedly found with a blunt in his shoe at a Tennessee middle school.

Memphis police were called to the Kate Bond Middle School Thursday morning after they said the student was showing pictures of himself smoking marijuana on his cell phone.

Other students told the assistant principal that he said he had marijuana in his shoes.

She asked him to take off his shoes, and police said she found half a blunt inside.
