The Virgin empire is giving even more perks to its employees.

Last year the mega company introduced unlimited vacations.  This year, Richard Branson revealed that moms AND DADS who have worked for one part of the company can get  maternity or paternity leave for an entire year, CNBC is reporting.

There is a catch.   The employees must work for Virgin's investment and brand-licensing division for four years or longer. Employees with less time will get less pay.  Fewer than two years of service will net employees 25 percent of their salary.

The United Kingdom recently passed new laws called Shared Parental Leave and Pay.  The laws allow working parents can share time off for a child, up to six months of leave and 90 percent of their pay for at least the first six weeks.

In the United States, there is no guarantee of leave, CNBC reported.

Branson said in a blog post earlier this week, "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your business."
