Amazingly, nobody was injured when a motorcyclist in Surrey, B.C. refused to stop for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), then led them on a chase that went into a shopping center and down an escalator. (Source: CalgarySun)

The wild chase was captured on video, first by news helicopters in the air and then — shortly after the one-minute mark in the YouTube video below — on surveillance video that shows the biker zooming down the escalator with authorities in hot pursuit.
Seconds later, the motorcyclist rides out through the automatic doors of a store. The reporter on the helicopter said the biker rode through a Wal-Mart.
To top it off, the motorcyclist fled the scene and got away.
The incident happened Feb. 20, 2015.
