A woman who refused to give up her keys to a pair of carjackers was tripped, punched and dragged through a gas station parking lot, video shows.
Two men are seen in surveillance video walking up to the woman in a Chevron parking lot around 10 p.m. Wednesday and demanding her keys, KTRK reported.
When she refused to give them up, the suspect assaulted her, investigators said. Her injuries are not serious, KTRK reported.
"It's just sad. People don't want to work for want they want," the woman told KTRK. "I've been working all my life. They need to get a job and stop. Somebody needs to take them off the street."
Police recovered her truck Thursday morning, less than a mile away from where the incident occurred.
Investigators are still searching for the two men.
