Shaun Palmer wanted to surprise his bride on their wedding day, so he decided to add a little twist by choosing a unique ring-bearer.
Palmer said he came up with the idea of using an owl to deliver the rings when he had seen it advertised a number of years earlier at a wedding show.
In the video, you can see the owl released from the back of the church to Palmer's Best Man, Chris. He took the rings and Bilbo flew back to his handler.
The handler and the owl stayed after the wedding so guests could meet him and get photos with the bird.
