According to WBNS in Columbus, the 14-year-old from Reynoldsburg took a bite of a Snickers bar Thursday and immediately noticed something inside the candy. Police examined the bar via X-ray and found a disposable razor blade inside, WBNS reports.
The girl was not injured.
"Everybody thought she was kidding," said the girl's grandmother, Stephanie, who did not want to give her last name.
"I had never seen it before," she added. "I had always heard it, but I've never seen it."

Stephanie urged parents to take a close look at their kids' Halloween candy – even if that means breaking candy bars or smashing the treats.
"Anybody out there crazy enough to do this to unsuspecting little kids – there's got to be something wrong with them," she told WBNS.
Police are investigating the incident and said the teen's claim is credible.
