We have seen murals or paintings on houses before, but covering it in aluminum foil is something different.
This is the project started by Tarpon Springs resident and artist Piotr Janowski, who covered both his house and surrouding trees with aluminum foil. It caught the attention of his neighbors who alerted both his landlord and city code enforcement, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, Janowski is a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His work has previously been on display at the Polish Museum of America in Chicago. In December, he moved from Vienna to Tarpon Springs and rented a 1,180-square-foot house. He then became infatuated of the sunshine and the shadows of the palm trees, according to Tampa Bay Times.
