It' appears to be a promotional video for XDubai, an action sports company based in the United Arab Emirates.
The video shows two men, wearing jet packs, flying in formation with an Airbus A380 airliner.
Viewers are treated to stunning views of the Dubai skyline while the two "jetmen" fly around the massive airliner.
