Bradshaw spoke out about the incident, which he called “totally unacceptable.”

“This was not a confrontation. This was someone trying to help our children,” Bradshaw said of the officer.

Feinberg allegedly was driving 51 mph in a school zone with a 20 mph speed limit.

The deputy pulled Feinberg over near Hagen Road Elementary School. The officer can be seen in the video handing Feinberg a $606 ticket.

Her response: “You know what? No wonder you people get shot. You’re absolute (expletive).”

The officer thanks her and returns to his car.

Efforts to reach Feinberg were unsuccessful Wednesday.

“This isn’t a deputy who arrested someone. This isn’t a deputy-involved shooting. This isn’t a questionable circumstance,” Bradshaw said.

Bradshaw added that the incident reflects a national trend of disrespect to law enforcement.

“This is the first one I’ve seen on tape, but it doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened before,” Bradshaw said.
