An employee at a Cobb County community service organization was arrested this week for allegedly groping a woman.

Ronald Bickerstaff, who works at MUST Ministries, allegedly groped the woman as she was doing court-ordered community service at the organization's facility in Marietta, AM 750 and now 95.5 FM News/Talk WSB reported.

Bickerstaff then tampered with records to indicate that the alleged victim had completed her community service hours, even though she had not, according to WSB.

According to Cobb jail records, Bickerstaff, 62, of Acworth, was booked into the jail Wednesday evening, and released early Thursday on $35,000 bond.

He was charged with sexual battery and sexual assault on a person in custody.

WSB reported that Bickerstaff helped to coordinate food, clothing and other deliveries and donations for the non-profit organization, and held a supervisory role over those serving court-ordered community service.
