A national conference on immigration reform, sponsored by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, will be held Monday through Wednesday at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel.

“Migration Policy and Advocacy in 2013 and Beyond: New Challenges and New Opportunities” will begin at 4 p.m. Monday with an opening mass led by Atlanta Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory with the Most Rev. Luis R. Zarama as homilist. Gregory will give the keynote address later that day.

Tuesday’s agenda will include a panel discussion on the impact of federal court decisions on immigration legislation. Panelists include Frank Mulcahy, executive director of the Georgia Catholic Conference; and Tanya Broder, senior staff attorney with the National Immigration Law Center.

The hotel is located at 1900 Sullivan Road.
