With all the construction in downtown Duluth, residents and visitors fear some of their favorite parking spots have been eliminated. To assure downtown shoppers and restaurant goers, the city has released a parking update listing new and continuing vehicle parking options.

The city is touting 320 parking spaces either adjacent to or within a block of downtown retail establishments. Of particular note, city officials are reminding residents the new angled parking in front of Coleman Middle School along Main Street provides 36 additional public parking spaces available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
