The city of College Park, which has experienced monumental growth in recent years, has embarked upon updating its zoning ordinances and will hold public meetings, according to a press release. The zoning ordinance, a decades-old document and policy guideline shapes the growth and development of City of College Park in accordance with the city’s new Comprehensive Plan.
The comments by the general public serve as an essential step in the adoption process; in order to prepare for the public meetings, please see the following documents, including the final draft version of the proposed zoning ordinance, as well as a prepared handout to be disseminated at the start of the Town Hall meeting.
