Habersham raid: Decision to use stun grenade was made in advance

The Habersham County family of a toddler who was badly burned by a police stun grenade is questioning why a no-knock warrant necessary to apprehend a suspected drug dealer alleged to have sold a small amount of methamphetamine to an undercover officer.

Also in question is whether the deputies with the Habersham County Special Response Team take the necessary precautions before releasing a device that, on contact, radiates 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit?
