Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology has been rated as the nation’s No. 3 best public high school by U.S. News & World Report, it was announced Tuesday. The school, which is located in Lawrenceville, also was named No. 2 charter school in the nation and No. 1 high school in Georgia. The school has won many accolades and is so popular that freshman attendance is decided by lottery.
