Developer pitches apartments in Buckhead
A Florida-based developer has its sights on building two apartment buildings near an existing office skyscraper in Buckhead.
Crocker Partners has submitted plans for 703 residential units near the Prominence tower at Piedmont and Lenox roads, according to a Development of Regional Impact filing posted Monday by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
The proposal, planned for development through 2017, joins a host of high-profile, in-town apartment projects on the drawing board or in development inside the Perimeter.
