Case dismissed against man who admitted raping his infant daughter

In 2014, Aaron Fisher admitted to raping his 5-month-old daughter.
On Friday, a judge granted Fisher's motion to dismiss the case, arguing his constitutional right to a speedy trial had been violated.
The prosecutor in the case says most of the delays were by the defense team.
