A listing from real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield said seven buildings and about 60 acres of land that make up the park are being offered.

About 40 acres of property is zoned for higher-density mixed-use development, including 800 apartments, a 200-room hotel, 850,000 square feet of office space and 450,000 square feet of retail. Emory Healthcare is teh current anchor tenant of the office space, but other notable tenants include the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

The mix of mid-rise, suburban-style office buildings is just south of the office park acquired by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, which is planning redevelopment and recently razed an old tower.

The Executive Park development once had about 30 office buildings, according to a sales document. The seven buildings included in the offering (there are nine total) are 72 percent leased.

"This premier 60-acre site features 392,007 (square feet) of income-producing class B office space and 40 acres fully entitled for a dynamic mixed-use development," the listings documents say. "Located adjacent to I-85 between Buckhead and Emory, just north of Midtown Atlanta, the Property is one of the most desirable and high-profile, mixed-use development opportunities in Atlanta's high barrier to entry Brookhaven community.
