When Redskins cornerback Kendall Fuller saw Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith was traded to Washington on Tuesday night, Fuller got on Twitter to see who was moving to Kansas City in Smith’s place.

To his surprise, it ended up being Fuller himself.

In a chain of tweets, Fuller initially wrote that he was safe, but then learned he was headed to Kansas City along with a third-round NFL Draft pick in exchange for Smith, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

“On a more serious note I cant wait to get to Kansas City! I’m excited to be a Chief!” Fuller wrote at the end of his stream of tweets.
