Matt Ryan has answers for The Atlanta Journal Constitution’s D. Orlando Ledbetter:

Q: Did you have to calm yourself down during the week?

A: It's easy to get fired up and be excited. From the quarterback position, you really have to settle yourself down. Just go out there execute and play the way that you're capable of playing. I've got a lot of experience doing that and I trust in my routine.

Q: How has the offensive line been playing?

A: I give credit to those guys for battling all year long and for continuing to get better as the year progressed. It's a credit to (offensive line coach) Mike Tice and (assistant offensive line coach) Wade Harman. Those guys have done a great job of coaching our guys up.

Q: Do you all have some new wrinkles for the Panthers?

A: Sometimes, definitely when you going against division opponents a second time, you'll have adjustments from what you did the first time against them. We had a few things that were adjustments last week. But there are also a bunch of staples, a bunch of plays that we hang our hat on every week to try and put our playmakers in the right spots.

Q: How different is their defense from the first matchup?

A: There are obviously two changes in the secondary in terms of personal… I don't think it makes that much of a difference. Their scheme has remained pretty consistent.
