Someone is tainting hot dogs with an unknown substance, wrapping the cut pieces with floss then throwing the bits in yards to sicken dogs, police say.
Now investigators are trying to find the person creating the caustic cuisine for canine consumption.
Lake Hallie police shared images on Facebook sent to them of the harmful hot dogs as well as a suspicious person captured on camera in the area.
