Gwinnett County voters can say goodbye to those little postcards from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, the ones that come from time to time to remind — or inform — them of their polling place.

Gwinnett's elections office recently mailed out its own versions of those precinct notification cards. Part of a federal mandate for the county to offer bilingual voting materials and assistance, they're actually tri-fold pamphlets and offer information in both English and Spanish.

They were sent to voters who have a change in their name, address or polling place.

The latter group includes about 1,600 registered voters in the Suwanee area. Shadowbrook Baptist Church opted to no longer serve as a polling place, officials said, so voters who have previously cast their ballots there will now vote at the Suwanee branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library.

Voters can visit the Secretary of State's website to find their polling location and other information.
