Tyler Estep is a reporter covering DeKalb County, its government and its people. He has been with the AJC since 2015 and previously covered Gwinnett County, in addition to stints on the paper's hyperlocal and breaking news teams. A Gwinnett native, he studied journalism at the University of Georgia. He has a wife and two small children.
