Is your pooch a party animal? Busch wants to give him a job. The maker of Busch Dog Brew is hiring a full-time CTO, or chief tasting officer, to join its senior leadership team.

The job is no joke. The role will have “very important responsibilities, including leading the expansion of Dog Brew’s flavor portfolio,” Busch said in a press release. “Like any sought-after job offering, the role of Busch CTO comes with an enviable salary — $20,000 — and dog-friendly perks including healthcare (pet) coverage, and of course company stock options (AKA free Busch Dog Brew made with pork bone broth).”

Responsibilities of the CTO will include taste-testing, quality control, and fulfilling duties as an ambassador for the product and a featured content creator on Busch’s social channels. “In order to fetch this position, some qualifications include a refined palate, an outstanding sense of smell, and while not required, proficiency in English would be remarkable,” Busch wrote.

There are three ways for your dog to apply for this job.

Facebook: On Busch’s post seeking applications, humans should post a photo of their dog and why they should be chief tasting officer. You must follow Busch beer on the site and include #BuschCTOContest in your entry.

Instagram: Post a photo of the job candidate along with his resume. You must include #BuschCTOContest and follow Busch on the platform.

Twitter: All the steps mentioned above apply, except you must follow @Buschbeer on Twitter.

An independent panel of judges will select a winner based on originality; creativity; and relevance to the contest theme of telling Busch why your dog should become the CTO for Busch Dog Brew.

Qualified pooches have until 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on April 28 to apply. For full details go to busch.com/CTO.
