Nine couples are celebrating their love again after renewing their vows.

On June 22, the couples at Carolina SeniorCare in Lexington, North Carolina, donned gowns and suits and took their vows again.

"It was wonderful seeing my wife walk down the aisle. She was beautiful," Raymond Clifton told ABC News. "She cried coming down that aisle."

Members of the community came together to donate gowns, a wedding cake, and hair and makeup styling.

“It was really amazing in this time when marriages are fleeting,” said Misty Polston-York, director of spiritual life for Carolina SeniorCare. “These people have stuck it out over their lifetime.”

The couples have 254 years of marriage between them.
