A Cincinnati, Ohio father says he was just trying to find a Barbie doll for his daughter for Christmas.

Warren Johnson logged on to Target's website to check out some prices and to his surprise, he found that a black Barbie doll was selling for twice as much as the white version.

"My daughter said 'Why does this black doll cost more than the white doll?' and I really couldn't explain it to her," Johnson tells Buzzfeed.

Johnson furiously tweeted out a picture of the two dolls online asking, "What's wrong with this picture?"

According to their descriptions, both Barbie Fashion Design Maker dolls came with the exact same accessories, only the black doll cost $49.99 and the white doll was listed for $23.49.

After calling around to a few stores, Johnson says two called it an error and another store said it was because the white doll was more popular. He ended up calling corporate headquarters and now

are being sold for $49.99.

“They kind of made me feel like they really didn’t care how that makes everything look,” he said. “Especially with how everything’s going on in society right now, it didn’t look right.”
