"Dude is a monster!" said a source who lucked into a spot in the same class exercise class as Captain America.

Not surprisingly, Chris was named to Men's Fitness magazine's "Healthy Hollywood" list, saluting the buffest bods in the business. The honor noted that to get ready for the role he is now playing for the third time, he works "with a personal trainer to build bigger biceps and tone his abs. He's completely transformed his body from lean to the pumped up frame of Marvel Comics' super solider."

His exclusive Atlanta workout took place at an upscale, private facility in the Midtown area, not far from where the project filmed on Monday. We're told Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd and Emily VanCamp joined Chris for a scene that was set in London.
