Georgia Southern will play games at Allen E. Paulson Stadium with a 25 percent seating capacity, the school announced Monday.

Paulson Stadium seats about 25,000 fans. At 25%, seating capacity will be limited to about 6,000 spectators.

All spectators will be required to wear face coverings inside the stadium. Disposable masks will be made available.

Tailgating will be allowed in specific areas surrounding the Statesboro facility. Social distancing guidelines are encouraged with groups limited to 10 persons in one designated area at one time.

Due to Sun Belt Conference restrictions on who has access to the playing field, the marching band and the cheerleading team will remain in the stands.

Georgia Southern and Georgia State play in the Sun Belt. The teams are scheduled to meet in Atlanta to close out the regular season Nov. 28.

Georgia (23,000) and Georgia Tech (11,000) have established limited stadium capacity for the 2020 season. Georgia State has not announced seating plans at newly renamed Center Parc Stadium.
