Gwinnett County authorities have released new surveillance footage they hope will help solve a St. Patrick's Day arson fire at a local barbershop.

The footage shows two individuals walking toward The Barber Shop, located near the Lawrenceville intersection of Hurricane Shoals Road and Buford Drive, "minutes before" the fire broke out, fire Capt. Tommy Rutledge said. One of the suspects, described as a man in his early to mid-2os, is shown wearing a light-colored hooded windbreaker and camoflauge shorts while carrying a plastic gas can. The second person is harder to make out.

The fire broke out around 12:30 a.m. on March 17. A liquid believed to be gasoline was found poured on the side of the building and part of the roof, but the blaze caused only "moderate cosmetic damage," Rutledge said.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact Gwinnett County fire investigators at 678-518-4890 or 770-513-5911. Tipsters can also contact Georgia Arson Control to remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward of up to $10,000.
