Props from canceled TV show for sale at metro Atlanta studio
Now’s your chance to get a firsthand look at the film industry’s presence in Georgia.
A studio in DeKalb County is holding a sale for props and costumes used in the Fox TV show "The Passage," which aired this spring and was canceled after one season, Channel 2 Action News reported.
From Thursday, July 18 to Sunday, July 21, you can peruse Eagle Rock Studios in Stone Mountain, where "The Passage" filmed. The soundstage is selling a wide array of gear used in the show, including medical equipment, jewelry, furniture and dresses.

“Everything is going to sell at whatever price, so there will be some great deals and it's all gotta go by Sunday,” Robert Ahlers of Peachtree Battle Estate Sales told Channel 2. “We are selling everything.”
“The Passage” was a sci-fi thriller with multiple medical scenes, so the studio is selling fake Aspirin bottles, fake blood, scrubs, MRI pictures and more. There is also furniture that was used in home, restaurant or bar scenes, as well as costumes, Channel 2 reported.
“It is almost like a Macy’s floor of clothing. I don't know how many racks, but a lot of clothes,” Ahlers said.
The studio is expecting a big turnout over the course of the four-day sale, according to the news station.
“We don’t often get a chance to get a glimpse inside of Hollywood,” Ahlers said. “I think people are curious to get an inside peek of how all this works."
