The City of Hapeville has two streetscape projects that will begin early this year. The North Central Avenue Streetscape and the North Fulton Avenue Streetscape will be combined with locally funded downtown parking improvements to provide a major renovation of the downtown area.
The North Central Avenue project will include new brick pavers, streetlights, sidewalks and street furniture from North Whitney to Dearborn Plaza providing downtown businesses with pedestrian friendly, attractive, well lit access to their business.
