Metro police win points for management

The Commisson on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies announced last week its examiners have awarded metro Atlanta police departments  with accreditation in various areas of management of resources and public service. The departments, with number of  awards to date, include, Atlanta Police Department (3), Cobb County Police Department (3), DeKalb County Police Department (7), Fayetteville Police Department (4) Forest Park Police Department (4),, Fulton County Sheriff's Office (1), Hall County Sheriff (3),Georgia Bureau of Investigation (5).
