Get up and smell the doughnuts, Atlanta: Krispy Kreme is giving out a free dozen this weekend in honor of a very special day.
On Saturday, Krispy Kreme is giving away a dozen free glazed doughnuts with the purchase of another dozen, in celebration of its annual Day of the Dozens (the 12th day of the 12th month).
The company has a history of such freebies, having previously given away doughnuts to celebrates its 1,000th location, Talk Like a Pirate Day and more.
In order to redeem the offer, customers can show a video available online using their mobile device, or use a coupon that can printed out.
