Looking for a job?

The Gwinnett County Public Library is here to help.

The library will host a "job seekers boot camp" from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Friday at its new Lilburn branch. Held in partnership with Goodwill of North Georgia, the event will include workshops on career development skills -- including "how to create a winning resume, the secrets to a successful job application, how to write cover letters and professional communication," officials said in a news release.

The boot camp is free. The Lilburn library branch is located at 4817 Church St.
