Braves pitcher Kevin Gausman appears in "Home Alone" parody that the team made.

If you’re a Braves fan who has 1 minute and 59 seconds that you weren’t going to do anything with, the team made something you might think is funny.

After no one asked for one, the Braves posted a "Home Alone" parody trailer on Friday with pitcher Kevin Gausman as protagonist instead of Kevin McCallister (played by Macaulay Culkin) who was the star of Homes Alone 1 and 2 but definitely not 3 and 4.

Here’s the set-up:

The Braves have gone away for Christmas — a thing that doesn’t happen, but, as usual, suspend belief when it comes to this team. But they forgot Gausman at SunTrust Park. Now the 27-year-old man is stuck there alone and goofy bad guys are coming to do goofy, bad-guy things.

Gausman uses peanuts and a batting practice launcher and other stuff to thwart said baddies. Maybe the best part of the whole thing is legendary usher Walter Banks being funny.

Blooper and game hosts Greer Howard and Mark Owens also appear.

The video has high production value and the bones of comedy. You can watch it below.
