A look inside investigations opened from calls to DeKalb County's ethics hotline reveals allegations of bullying bosses, workplace relationships and sexual harassment.

The case files also show less severe claims, such as mold in a library and an error in an employee’s paycheck, according to records obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution through open records requests.

While the hotline has exposed some serious issues, many callers are complaining about subjects different from those originally envisioned when Interim DeKalb CEO Lee May announced the hotline in June 2014.

County documents show the hotline is meant to receive allegations of theft, fraud, misspending or threats.
