Ivy Creek Elementary hosts leadership academy

Gwinnett County’s Ivy Creek Elementary is hosting a “leadership academy”for parents and students on Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Parents will have the opportunity to learn about Steven Covey’s “8 Habits of Highly Effective People,” which include fostering personal growth and positive influence with their children. Students will work on improving 21st century leadership skills through teamwork and problem solving. For more information, call 678-714-3655.
