Police are looking for two armed men who entered an east Cobb restaurant Sunday and forced an employee into a cooler.

About 7:30 a.m. Sunday, two men wearing work gloves and black ski masks entered the back door of the Common Quarter Restaurant at 1205 Johnson Ferry Rd., Cobb police Officer Mike Bowman said. Armed with semi-automatic handguns, they forced the employee into an office where a safe was located.

When the employee could not open the safe, Bowman said the suspects forced the employee into the cooler, took the safe and left the business in an unknown direction.

One of the suspects, a 5-foot-9 man with green cargo work pants and a navy blue jacket, was between 180 and 190 pounds. Bowman described the other suspect as a 5-foot-11, 200-pound man. No clothing description was provided.

Anyone with information about the armed robbery is asked to call 770-499-3945.
