An officer was at the right place at the right time early Sunday morning.
According to KRMG, an officer heading to another call spotted a reported stolen vehicle around 2 a.m. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Police say the officer tried to pull over the vehicle, but instead, a chase ensued.
The suspect ended up driving back to the scene of the crime at a nearby apartment complex. Once the suspect reached the complex, he reportedly jumped out of the car. The vehicle continued to roll and ended up hitting an apartment wall.
The suspect then tried to get away on foot, but police say he was caught in a creek.
