While Atlantans shelter at home, it may be easy to miss fitness classes they would typically attend. But an Atlanta yoga studio has begun streaming free virtual classes on Instagram and Facebook.

Yonder Yoga, which has locations in Buckhead Court and Westside Village, will begin hosting meditation and yoga classes on their social media channels.

Classes will be streamed at 8 a.m., noon, 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. and will be saved on Instagram and Facebook.

The classes, which include those focused on power flows and various meditations, began streaming on Facebook in March. There are also classes available to view on the studio's Vimeo page.

Also on the page is a link for participants to donate to teachers and home studios during Yonder Yoga's temporary closure.

"We want you all to have your yoga during this stressful time, so our online classes are free for the time being," reads a message on the studio's Instagram. "However, if you wish to make a donation to support your teachers and your home studio, we have a link on our Vimeo page where you can submit your donation of any amount you choose. We will take 10% of all proceeds and donate them to our local Salvation Army food bank to help those in even greater need through this difficult time."

Additionally, Yonder Yoga is selling customized at-home practice kits, which can be sent to metro Atlanta homes for a $15 delivery fee.

"For just $15, our Retail Manager, Teacher, and fashionista @chels_gully will craft an individualized at-home yoga kit including apparel, accessories, mats, and more. Hand-delivered to your door, you choose what to keep and what to return," read a post on social media.
