However, last week, one of the Summerhill businesses announced they would close for the time being, after customers ignored safety protocols they put in place. The owners of Junior's Pizza said it became "too much" trying to "make adults follow rules."
All of the businesses along Summerhill’s Georgia Avenue are fairly new. The strip is part of a massive redevelopment project taking place in the neighborhood, being spearheaded by Carter and Georgia State University.
