Q: I rarely prepare pasta dishes, but when I make the occasional spaghetti and meatballs, I like Delverde brand, which is quite difficult to find. Is there a reliable source in town where I won’t have trouble finding it? I can stock up if I have to since I won’t need that much. Thank you for your help. G. Alvarez, email

A: You won’t have to stock up because a wide variety of Italian-made Delverde pasta shapes, including spaghetti, $1.69, is always available at DeKalb Farmers Market, 3000 E. Ponce de Leon Ave., Decatur, 404-377-6400.

Q: I can no longer find the most wonderful cleaner that treats baked-on, burnt-on greasy dishes. It is made by Dawn and called Power Dissolver. Can you find it for me? Anita Eidex, Atlanta

A: While Dawn Power Dissolver still has legions of fans, the product now is considered a commercial cleaner and no longer widely available to the public. However, you do have a few options if you really want the cleaner. Locally, you can buy a case of six 32-ounce spray bottles for a whopping $88.27 at Dade Paper, 600 Hartman Industrial Court, Austell, 404-696-4600. If you want to order a single bottle online, check out www.jet.com, and a 32-ounce bottle will cost you $11.58, and shipping is free.

Q: I recently watched the movie “Legends,” about the Kray twins in England. There was a lemon candy that was featured quite a bit in the movie, and I would love to try it if it’s a real candy. I don’t know the brand but I think they were called lemon sherbet. Can you help in finding these for me? Thank you. Liz Gomez, email

A: Yes, these are real candies, Liz. Bassett’s sherbet lemons are hard candies with a tart, powdery center. They’re available for $5.50 at Taste of Britain, 73 S. Peachtree St., Norcross, 770-242-8585.

Q: I know I can order it online, but is there anywhere around Atlanta where I can pick up some Zulu Zulu Peri Peri extra hot sauce? This stuff is great and I haven’t seen it around. Thanks. Rob Hansen, email

A: Atlanta is lucky enough to have a store dedicated to all things South African. You can visit the South African Shop, 2080 Peachtree Industrial Ct., Atlanta, 770-395-1255. This is where you’ll find Zulu Zulu Peri Peri extra hot sauce in a chubby 200 ml bottle for $5.99. By the way, peri peri, which translates to pepper pepper, also is known as piri piri, African Bird’s-Eye pepper and African Red Devil pepper.
