The Dunwoody CycleBar will host this year’s Ride Your Heart Out fundraiser Saturday at the Camden Dunwoody Apartments on Peachford Circle.

The “pop-up” ride event, scheduled to kick off at 10:45 AM, is part of CycleNation™, a collaborative nationwide fundraising initiative between Cyclebar and the American Heart Association.

CycleBar is hosting rides at its locations across the country in an effort to both promote heart health and raise money for the heart association.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the U.S.

The Ride Your Heart Out series, which launched its first nationwide ride in late July, are the debut events of CycleNation™. Its American Beat Tour, a nationwide series of energizing, experiential events, will kick off in October.

“The synergy between CycleBar and the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association creates a memorable impact for participants, and underscores the importance of cardiovascular health,” said Heather Harris, president of CycleBar.

To sign up and reserve a bike seat, visit cyclebar.com/community/cyclenation/. The $25 donation fee includes a reserved seat at the pop-up event, three free rides at the Dunwoody CycleBar and a limited-edition Ride Your Heart Out tank top.

All proceeds from the donations will benefit the American Heart Association.
