We went to Tea Leaves & Thyme in Woodstock and their soup of the day was Cream of Artichoke. It was fantastic! I would love the recipe if they would be willing to share. Thanks so much! — Sally Simmons, Cartersville

Kim Jordy and Suzanna Spollen opened Tea Leaves & Thyme in 1997 with many items on the menu, like sausage rolls, that reflect Jordy’s British heritage. But the soup, Jordy says is just a simple family recipe. For a silky smooth result, don’t skip the step of straining the soup.
